This place looks permanently closed, the sign is down and the inside has been gutted.

It is closed for new owners and renovation don't know when it will reopen

He always has a special of some sort. I suggest margaritas. Just get the pitcher right away.

What time does the lunch menu begin? Is the lunch and dinner menu differ? Friday specials?

They don't have Friday specials specifically. But they do have specials every day of the week. I highly recommend this place!
